I had forgotten to mention that no UV light is needed.

How to Apply:

step 1: apply 2 coats of gel couture colour to clean, bare nails. allow to dry.

step 2: finish with 1 coat of gel couture top coat

It will be available in stores and on their website Essie website, in July. So, stay tuned!
