Hi, Exfoliate,

It so does matter which exfoliator you use. Let me explain the differences.

Thin beads are designed to be used every day. They only scratch the surface. So, it isn’t a deep scrub, or deep cleaning into the pores. It’s actually really good for dry skin. Dry skin doesn’t contain a whole lot of moisture, so it doesn’t need a deep clean. In fact, it could actually cause more harm than good. Thin beads does remove dead skin…from the surface.

Thick beads are excellent for a deep clean of the pores. It removes dead skin, not just on the surface, but also right in the pores to remove dirt and excess oil. This allows prevents any excess oil from clogging your pores, which causes blemishes. So, thick beaded exfoliator is excellent for oily skin. Use this exfoliator two to three times a week.

Sensitive skin can use either or. I have. It isn’t about which skin condition you have, but which skin type you have. The same goes for dehydrated skin.

Hi, Foot Odor,

Oh my goodness, don’t even worry about it. I would like to say I don’t have this problem, however, I am in the same boat as you. Foot odor usually is outgrown from your childhood to your adulthood, but if it hasn’t, steep black tea, place your feet into this tea for thirty minutes through a duration of seven to ten days. It will cure foot odor. Spa day!

Oh, and make sure to pour four cups of very hot or boiling water into your foot basin, and add five bags of black tea. Allow them to steep for ten minutes, and then soak your feet for twenty minutes. This will remove foot odor.

Ask Stacey: Favourite Beauty Tip

Image result for makeup stored in bathroom Image result for makeup stored in bathroom

Dear, Stacey,

What is your favourite beauty tip?

– Anonymous

Dear, Anonymous,

This is a really difficult question to answer, as I have many. I suppose my favourite beauty tip is always remove your make-up at night. If you don’t, make-up will enter into your pores, which will dry out pores causing you to age. Always remove your make-up before going to bed. Another one is, NEVER leave or store your make-up in the bathroom. The steam from a shower will seep into your products that cause the expirary date of your items to expire sooner rather than later. Even worse, bacteria may and will form in your products. It’s best to leave them out of your bathroom.

Dear, Remove Black Heads Naturally,

Thank you for your question. It’s an excellent one, too.
My favourite at home facial mask that I have been using since I was a teenager to remove blackheads is an egg white mask. Egg whites are excellent for oily skin or the skin condition dehydrated skin. With oily skin, you will have a lot of black heads, rightÉ Whereas, someone like myself who has a common skin condition called dehydrated skin will have a few black heads from time to time. An egg white masks is excellent for either or.

Ingredients:
1 egg
Small bowl
Facial Wash Cloth
Towel

Directions:
1. Seperate egg yolk from the egg white into a small bowl.
2. Cleanse your face with your fave cleanser.
3. Towel dry your face.
4. Apply egg white right onto your face.
5. Keep on until it dries. Skin should feel tight, unable to move.
6. Peel it off.
7. Remove any residue of the egg white mask with a wash cloth,
8. Pat dry.
9. Viola!

Note: When you have dehydrated skin, only use this mask when you have black heads. Oilier skin, should use this more often. About once a week to bi-weekly to keep black heads at bay. Egg whites is excellent to help control sebum (oil).

Ask Stacey: Hair Loss

To, Stacey,

My hair is falling out. Should I use collagen pills for re-growth?

From,

Loss of hair

Dear,  Loss of Hair,

Collagen definitely helps. However, hair loss stems from lack of protein, proper diet, water (hydration), eight of hours of sleep, detox your hair (shampoo & conditioner, plus weekly hair mask) to remove product build up.
