Yes, you have heard me right. Eating one banana will prolong those pesky wrinkles. Using a banana as a facial is just as beneficial. It will keep skin wrinkle-free like botox does. So, if you are not a fan of needles, opt for a banana facial instead. Or, a hydrafacial, that is also equivalent to receiving botox treatments. After all, it is lack of hydration that leads to aging skin.

Anyway, back to a banana facial. It comprises of so many nutrients and vitamins, including vitamin A, B and E.

Let me break it down for you. These are the nutrients and vitamins banana comprises of.
Vitamin A : Gets rid of dark spots and blemishes. Evens out rough skin
Vitamin B : Delay aging, lessens dryness, moisturizes and lightens skin
Vitamin E : Work as “The Protector”. Combats free radical impairment, boosts the skin’s sun-rays resistance, prevents and diminishes appearance of wrinkles
Potassium : Gets rid of dry skin by moisturizing and hydrating skin cells

Mash the banana. Cleanse your face. Cleansing your face cleans your pores, opens your pores and to prep your skin for the next step; applying your mask. Apply the mixture onto your face. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Rinse it off with cool water. The application of banana will make your face glow and even out the rough skin.
Banana Face Mask to Fight Fine Lines
Some people call bananas as painless, inexpensive natural Botox, and they are rightly do so. To fortify this face mask’s wrinkles fighting properties, we will add two other wrinkle-busting natural ingredients.
Thick Yogurt : Diminishes appearance of large pores, which otherwise make your skin look aged. Tightens skin pores
Orange Juice : Packed with Vitamin C, revitalize skin cells and reduces fine lines and wrinkles.
Take a ripe banana and mash it with a fork in a bowl till it becomes smooth. Add 1 tsp. of thick yogurt and 1 tsp. of orange juice. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. If you feel the mixture is too thick to apply, add a few drops of orange juice. Cleanse your face. Cleansing your face cleans your pores, opens your pores and to prep your skin for the next step; applying your mask. Apply the mask onto your face, using your clean fingers and massage it thoroughly onto your face for a minute. Apply a second thick coat onto your face. Let it sit on your face for 15 minutes .
Rinse off the mask with cool water. Cool water closes your pores. Apply your fave moisturizer Voila! Are you surprise with your glowing and supple new look?
Natural Beauty Tips:
(i) After the mask dried up, it may get stuck to your skin in some areas. Do not pull it from your skin while washing. Gently massage such areas with water till the mask slackens and comes out.
(iii) Consider adding 1/2 tsp. of olive oil or almond oil to this mask. Please note: Olive oil is excellent to hydrate your skin. Almond oil is excellent to moisturize your skin. You will not need to have to moisturize your skin if you do add either olive oil or almond oil.
