Fingernails are made of, of the same ingredients as the hair on your head. Just like your hair containing 97% of protein. For strong, healthy nails, like hair, feed your nails protein, and calcium. Calcium also helps to support collagen production in the body.
Chia Seeds are infused with calcium and protein. I like to add chia seeds to my cereal that is oatmeal based. I normally sprinkle chia seeds. However, I’d say 1-2 tsp would do the trick. Chia seeds are also very moisturizing.
Almonds are full of protein. Almond Oil delivers a high level of moisturizing benefits. What makes them excellent for skin-care, hair-care and nail-care? Biotin that’s infused in them. In addition, Vitamin E, calcium and magnesium. All you have to do is intake almonds, whether it’s almond butter, almond macaroons, almond milk (love almond milk, butter, well almonds in general), chop up almonds and incorporate them into a meal; a healthy breakfast, perhaps?
Spinach. Consuming in this leafy green is so good for you, not just internally, but externally. It’s consists of Vitamin E, magnesium, and calcium. Enjoy a cup or two daily. If you dislike the taste of spinach, then drink spinach in a smoothie.
Cocoa. Yep, you’ve read that right. Now, I’m not referring to milk chocolate. Or any type of light cocoa. I’m referring to the real thing. Darker the chocolate the more it contains cocoa, the more it’s better it is for you. Cocoa comprises of magnesium, iron, zinc, and it’s also full of calcium and B vitamins.
